Elle Vacanze Reception

Check-in: 16.00 – 20.00

Every campsite has it’s own Elle Vacanze reception. On arrival the customer will have to go here to check in and will be shown into the accommodation by the courier.

Check-out: 08.00 – 10.00

Before departing / when checking out, the courier will check the accommodation to make sure everything is in order. Reception hours: the reception hours differ per campsite. When the courier is not at reception, the customer can always leave a message and it will be seen to asap. If the customer has any questions or needs any help, the courier is the first contact point.

Mobile home Deposit

When arriving on the campsite the customer has to fill in a document at the Elle Vacanze reception. You will be asked to leave credit card details for adeposit of €100,00. In case the customer doesn’t have a credit card, he needs to pay the deposit in cash. When the customer leaves he will be handed back the deposit. In case the mobile home hasn’t be left clean a €40,00 cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit.

• Cleaning fee: €40,00 (if mobile home is not left clean)
• Cleaning fee pets: €60,00 (compulsory)

Bedlinen

Bed linen is provided and free of charge. The linen will be changed on a weekly basis.

Towels are not provided by Elle Vacanze. Some campsites offer towels for hire.

Air-conditioning

CP2 mobile homes:

The mobile homes type CP2 have no air-conditioning available. You will find the CP2 on following sites: I Pini, Pra delle Torri, Lanternacamp

• Croatia: ONLY Park Umag has airco
• Italy: all sites have airco, APART FROM San Francesco and Cisano
• Spain: all sites have airco
• France: all sites have airco

The use of air-conditioning costs €6,00 per night and has to be paid on the campsite. The customer can either pre-book this service or request it on the campsite. Payment must be done in cash.

Cots and high chairs

Cots and highchairs can be rented at the charge of €2,00 per night. When making the booking the customer can make the request. It is handled as a special request by the reservation staff and Elle Vacanze doesn’t garanty that it’s provided. The customer can also ask for a cot and a highchair on arrival at the campsite. Payment can only be done in cash.

Tourist Taxes

Tourist taxes must be paid at the campsite reception.

• Italy: NO
• Spain: NO
• Croatia: YES, 0-11 free, 12-18yrs €0,50 pp/pd, older than 18yrs €1,00 pp/pd
• France: YES, 0-12 free, older than 12yrs €0.55 pp/pd

Pets

The fee for pets is paid directly at the campsite reception. It’s the customer’s responsibility to go to the campsite reception and to declare they have a pet. In general the site charges a small fee.

On the sites where pets are allowed in the mobile home’s, a compulsory cleaning fee of €60,00 is charged by Elle Vacanze. This will be paid on site. Payment can only be done in cash.

Barbecues

The use of bbq’s is allowed on all campsites, PART FROM Altomincio. The sites differ on the type of bbq that can be used. Elle Vacanze does not provide a bbq when renting a mobile home and doesn’t have a bbq’s for rent as an extra service. The campsites do not have bbq’s for rent either. If the customer wants to bbq, he must organise his own.

Security on site

All sites provide a security service on site 24 hours a day. All pools are watched by special trained life guards.

Shuttle Services

Elle Vacanze does not organise taxi / shuttle service from the airport / train station to the campsite and back. The customer will need to contact the campsite directly for any such service / information.

Medical Assistance

All sites have some form of medical assistance. There is either a first aid point or doctor on site, or a doctor on call or in the town nearby.
