Bed linen is included in the total price and will be changed weekly. It is necessary for us to know the total number of adults and children (under 15 years old) so that our staff on site will be able to prepare linen for you.
Towels are not included in the price. Some campsites offer them for hire. You may contact the campsites directly for further inquiries.
The air conditioning is in the living room of our Mobile Home and serves all rooms. The use of air- conditioning costs €6,00 per night and has to be paid on site. The payment must be done in cash.

When you reserve a Mobile Home with us you will be requested a down payment of € 100,00 for every reserved week, plus € 10,00 reservation fee. This is in order to confirm your reservation. You will receive a reservation form which has to be duly filled in within 7 days.
You can authorise us to charge your credit card for the amount of the down payment by filling in the special section of the reservation request form. If you prefer to make a bank transfer, please send us by fax a copy of your bank receipt together with the completed reservation request form.
Once we receive the amount of the down payment, you will receive the official confirmation of the reservation in which you will find the balance of payment.
The final payment will be requested at least 4 weeks before your holiday begins. The receipt of the payment will lead to the issue of your voucher. Should the payment not be made within 2 weeks from date of the payment request, the reservation will be automatically cancelled. Please note that the payment can be made both by credit card and by bank transfer.
Please note that in both cases, payment by credit card and by bank transfer, will take 10 days for the payment to be processed.
You will receive a confirmation of reservation when you have paid the advanced payment. Once the total amount is paid you will receive the receipt of your payment and the voucher to present to our staff on site upon your arrival.
From the 1st October until 31st May we are open from Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm.
From the 1st of June until 30th of September we are open every day from 9 am to 6 pm.

Please let us know in your reservation request the name of the campsite and the period. We will check the availability for you on the requested campsite and give you the prices. In case we do not have availability we will give you alternatives.
Our terms of cancellation are the following for each Mobile Home :
- up to 60 days before date of arrival = the deposit will be refund
- from 59 to 35 days before date of arrival = the deposit will be withheld
- from 34 to 8 days before date of arrival = 50% of total value of stay will be withheld
- within 7 days before date of arrival = 80% of total value of stay will be withheld
- no show = 100% of total value of stay will be withheld
The reservation fee is not refundable.
We do not take out insurance policies in case of cancellation of your holiday. Of course you can take it out privately.
Special requests, such as specific position or number of mobile home, need to be submitted in writing together with the reservation request. All requests will be carefully taken into consideration, but can not be guaranteed.
Cots and high chairs can be rented at the charge of €2.00 per night. It is handled as a special request and can not be guaranteed. The payment has to be done on site and in cash.
Our current pricelist can be sent by E-Mail or by Fax so that you are able to have a look at it. Otherwise you may contact us by phone and we will give you the price per night and the total price for your stay.
In high season it is necessary to book a stay of at least 7 nights. In low season it is possible to book for a weekend or one night.
We have everyday arrivals and departures. Of course it depends on our availability at the moment of the request.
The check-in time is from 4 pm to 8 pm. Late arrivals will be managed where necessary. If you arrive after 11 pm, you may need to leave your car at the campsite car park and walk to your accommodation as most campsites have access restrictions after that time.
Our Mobile Home type CP2 can host 4 adults and type CP3 can host 5 adults. Please note that it is important to inform our staff about extra arrivals.
On some sites pets are allowed, on others not. On some sites there is a small charge, on other campsites they can stay for free. If there is a charge, you’ll have to pay directly at the campsite reception. On the campsites where pets are allowed in the m-h’s, a compulsory cleaning fee of €60,00 is charged by Elle Vacanze. This will be paid on site. Payment can only be done in cash. Please see the facilities section of each campsite for Pet restrictions.
